​Future L.E.A.D.E.R.S. was established in 2007 as a leadership and life skills development program designed to enhance the lives of teens through education, mentoring, college preparation and career identification. Our organization believes we can improve the lives of youth by promoting self-respect and scholastic excellence through programs that instill our core values of honesty, accountability, responsibility, and durability.
