Future L.E.A.D.E.R.S. is an organization whose main focus is mentoring youth and equipping them with the necessary information and skills to become a responsible adult. Participants in our programs are prepared to be college and career ready. We are in search of repsonsible adults that have a passion to help our youth reach their goals in life. Mr. Rankin and Future L.EA.D.E.R.S. has a curriculum that can be adaptable to accompany the goals of agencies that serve our community. We provide program support by conducting workshops and trainings that ehance what organizations currently have in place.
